Ho’oponopono
A Parts-Work Approach to Activating Self-Love to Heal Trauma
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as correction, setting things right. This simple prayer, this simple formula is powerful alchemy for transcending seemingly irreconcilable differences and meeting in the dimension where cosmic love and wisdom set everything right, through our intention and practice. Similar forgiveness practices are performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Samoa, Tahiti, and New Zealand.
Ho’oponopono is a gift we first give ourselves. When we understand that our suffering is rooted in the memories we carry and the meanings we make about the things that have happened to us. The practice of Ho’oponopono activates the power of our own love in our healing process, accepting and nurturing our wounded parts, and finding release and peace through radical love and acceptance. This practice offers the gift of freedom from resentment and anger, opening us up to live in our highest frequencies.
Join a shamanic psychotherapy group in which we explore and practice Ho’oponopono, accessing infinite wells of grace, love, and forgiveness and bringing cosmic wisdom and divine grace into the pain and hurt of our most difficult memories.
The group will be ongoing and will open to new members only the first session of each month.
